We offer landlords a 3 step procedure, Step one is free for management
We will hand deliver the appropriate notice to your tenant. This
is usually the only jolt they need to leave or pay the outstanding
rent. If this does not work we go to step 2
We will then fill in all the appropriate paper work and send
them to the county court, thus either getting possession or a
hearing date. Once these official documents are served on the
tenants they realise the severity of their situation and either
leave or pay up.
This stage will require us to attend a hearing where we will
have to give evidence and explain to the court the breach of contract,
however once evidence is given and all documents are in order,
the courts will grant possession and costs.
